All South African orders are shipped via BobGo, a trusted local courier service.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

🌍 International Shipping

We now offer international delivery through TUNL, a specialist in shipping from South Africa to the world.
Your order will be carefully packaged, insured, and tracked every step of the way.
Delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location.

Packaging

Each piece is wrapped with care and intention, using eco-conscious materials wherever possible.
We take pride in ensuring your ceramics arrive safely — just as they left our studio.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, please note that customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in our shipping fee and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
