thank you for stocking rachael wild. here is how wholesale ordering works.

how to order

once your store is set up with a wholesale account, sign in at rachaelwild.co.za and you will see wholesale pricing across the range. add what you want to your cart and check out as normal. your order comes straight through to us, no order form to fill in and no emailing back and forth.

everything is made to order

wholesale pieces are made for you from scratch, so there is no stock limit. order one or fifty of any design.

lead time

4 to 6 weeks from the date of payment. the clock starts when payment clears, because that is when we start making.

payment

payment in full at checkout. we accept card, instant eft, apple pay and google pay.

minimum order

there is no minimum order.

delivery

delivery shows as free at checkout. that is because we cannot know how many boxes your order needs until it is packed. once everything is made and wrapped we get a courier quote and invoice you the actual cost, no markup. if you would rather collect from the studio in johannesburg, just say so when you order.

recommended retail

our recommended retail price is 1.75 times the wholesale price. the rrp for each piece is shown on the public product page if you would like to check.

every piece is one of a kind

each piece is hand sculpted and hand painted, so no two are identical. small variations in the animals, the glaze and the finish are part of the work, not faults.

giving back

5% of every wholesale order goes to the african pangolin working group.
